2026 Early Season Training 2

Join KSSA for Early Season Training 2 on 28 February 2026 at St Andrews Lakes, near Rochester (what3words / plus code 9C5P+VWP Rochester). Participants should arrive for a 9:00 am start with briefing at 10:00. You must be rigged and changed before the briefing. There is space for 40 boats and entries are strictly by pre-entry online via WebCollect; places will close when full or at midnight on Wednesday 26 February.

All sailors must hold a current KSSA membership for 2026. Membership details are available on the KSSA website and family membership is available for £10, payable online with your event entry. Entry fees will be refunded if the event is cancelled. If you cannot attend, please let organisers know by 10:00 am the day before the event to be eligible for a refund and to allow your place to be offered to another sailor.

Be prepared for colder weather. Wear an adequate winter wetsuit or drysuit, thermal layers, hats, hotsocks and warm gloves to stay comfortable on the water. There is a cafe on site or you may bring your own lunch. On arrival follow Quarry Grove to the main gate, which will be open, then follow signs to Water Sports where the team will direct you to parking.
