1. Introduction

Welcome to ME Card. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ME Card website and digital subscription service. By signing up for and using the ME Card service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Subscription Details

• 2.1 ME Card offers monthly and yearly subscription plans.
• 2.2 All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• 2.3 No free trials or introductory offers are available.
• 2.4 You can access your digital card immediately after subscribing.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account section of our website.
• 3.2 Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged (exception see 11)
• 3.3 Once a subscription renews, it is considered final, and no refunds will be provided unless required by law.

4. No Refund Policy

ME Card has a strict no refund policy for all subscription fees once charged. This includes renewals and early cancellations. Refunds will only be granted in circumstances where we are legally required to do so under UK law (See 9.1)

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. Digital Card Usage

• 5.1 Your ME Card is personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the individual subscriber.
• 5.2 The digital card can only be used on one device at a time.
• 5.3 Sharing your card or providing access to others is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your subscription.

6. Local Discounts

• 6.1 Discounts offered through ME Card are provided at the discretion of participating businesses.
• 6.2 Discounts are subject to availability and can be modified or withdrawn by businesses without notice.
• 6.3 ME Card is not responsible for disputes between users and participating businesses.

7. Termination of Service

ME Card reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription without notice if you:

• 7.1 Fail to pay your subscription fees.
• 7.2 Share your digital card or allow others to access your subscription benefits.
• 7.3 Provide false or misleading information to ME Card or its participating businesses.
• 7.4 Engage in dishonest behavior with participating businesses (e.g., failure to pay at a restaurant).

8. Chargebacks

To prevent fraudulent chargebacks, ME Card retains records such as timestamps, user activity, and explicit acknowledgment of these Terms. By subscribing, you agree to abide by our no refund policy and understand that disputes regarding payments will be handled in accordance with these Terms.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and store user data in compliance with UK data protection laws. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Limitation of Liability

ME Card reserves the right not to be involved in any disputes between customer(s) and vendor(s) or business(es), it is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We are not responsible for service interruptions, lost discounts, or disputes between users and participating businesses.

• 10.1 This also includes where you receive services and/or purchase food/drinks from any participating venue, any rights that you may have in relation to defects in the services/food/drinks are against the relevant participating venue.
• 10.2 ME Card cannot provide any warranty and is not responsible for any warranty of purchases made through vendors promoted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for ME Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. You also confirm that you have ticked the box to explicitly accept these Terms during the sign-up process.
