4-7 years (Maidstone) - Shooting Stars — 21 Together

Shooting Stars is a specialised group for children aged 4 to 7 in Maidstone, using syndrome-specific approaches to learning to support literacy, numeracy, self-help and social-emotional skills. Sessions are designed to be practical and family-centred, with resources provided to parents so learning can continue at home. The project encourages teamwork among families and professionals so the strategies used with each child are understood and reinforced across settings.

Groups run every other Saturday (excluding school holidays) for Term 2, from 17 January 2026 to 28 March 2026. Sessions are scheduled between 09:00 and 17:00 and last one hour; your exact session time will be confirmed by email. School staff are invited to meet the child and observe the strategies before the school year, helping to ensure a smooth transition and consistent support at school.

Sessions take place at the Maidstone Community Support Centre, MCSC, 39-48 Marsham Street, Maidstone ME14 1HH.
