A Tale of Us

A Tale of Us is a brand new play for parents and their babies. Follow Ivy and her little one on a funny, frank and magical journey through their first year of life together, where joy and exhaustion sit side by side and small moments become extraordinary. The piece explores newborn routines, the ache of sleepless nights and the wonder of first milestones with warmth and humour, giving space to the complicated feelings that come with new parenthood.

After each performance there will be a guided Stay and Play session, a gentle opportunity to explore the world of the show and meet other parents and babies. The production is made specifically for parents with children aged 0 to 18 months, so audiences can share the experience in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Children and guardians are invited to sit on and around the set, creating an intimate atmosphere that blurs the line between stage and everyday life.

Performances take place at The Assembly Rooms, Between, 63-64 Preston St, Faversham ME13 8PG. The show runs for 40 minutes followed by approximately 20 minutes of Stay and Play.
