Taking place on Friday 4th April 2026, 6pm to 7pm in Eastchurch, the session moves through three layers of healing: the mind, to rewire limiting beliefs; the body, to reclaim physical power and release long-held tension; and the energetics, to clear ancestral and emotional patterns that movement alone cannot reach.
Expect a welcoming cacao ceremony to open the heart, intuitive card readings to offer personal guidance, a Quantum Flow ecstatic dance paired with warrior voice activation to help you speak and move your truth, and a soothing chakra recalibration sound bath to realign and receive. The experience blends embodied practice with gentle ceremony to create a powerful container for release and renewal.
