Adult Kayaking 11/05/2026 19.00 – 21.00

Join an evening adult kayaking session on 11 May 2026, 19:00 to 21:00, for a guided night paddle exploring the River Medway. This session is designed to make the most of the summer evenings and is a great way to meet other paddlers while enjoying the river after dark. In the event of inclement weather when it is not possible to go on the water, land based learning and activities will be provided so your time is still well spent.

These night paddles are for experienced paddlers only. Please bring a head torch and be prepared for hands on activity. Wear old clothes and suitable footwear such as trainers or water shoes. Flip flops and crocs are not suitable and participants wearing them will not be permitted to take part. Also bring a towel and dry clothes to change into after the session. The venue meeting point is Strand Approach Road, Gillingham, Kent ME7 1TT. Sessions are priced at A318.00 per person, making this an accessible way to enjoy active outdoor time on the Medway with experienced organisers on hand.
