Join an Aerial Sound Journey for a Spring Rebirth on Sunday 29th March, 15:00 to 16:30 at Heavenly Fitness in Maidstone. This gentle, guided sound therapy session is timed close to the Spring Equinox and offers a calm, nourishing space to rest, reset and set intentions for the season ahead. Floating hammock places and grounded spaces on yoga mats are available to suit your preference.
The session begins with a short meditation before being taken deeply into the healing power of sound. You can lie back in a cosy aerial hammock to feel weightless, or choose a grounded space if you prefer. Please wear clothing suitable for hammocks to avoid any damage and to be comfortable during the experience.
Healing sounds and instruments used include Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, Native American flutes, handpans, didgeridoo, chimes, plus voice and song. Energy healing is also incorporated, with Rahanni Celestial Healing and shamanic techniques offered to support a deeper sense of renewal and protection throughout the journey.
Sound frequencies work directly with the nervous system to promote the parasympathetic state of rest and digest, helping to lower stress, ease anxiety and encourage emotional release.
