This monthly Bereavement Support Circle provides a calm, compassionate space where grief is welcome and allowed to breathe. The group is designed for anyone living with loss, whether your bereavement is recent or many years ago. You will find understanding, connection and gentle company among people who know what it is to carry loss.
Each two hour session may include quiet discussion and compassionate guidance on subjects such as understanding grief beyond the early days, secondary losses and hidden struggles, boundaries and emotional safety, and rebuilding connection in life after loss. There is no pressure to speak; you are welcome exactly as you are. This is a peer support space, not therapy, but sharing with others who understand can feel deeply healing.
The circle is hosted by Jude, who brings over 30 years of lived experience and supportive practice as a grief coach, energy healer and mentor for life after loss. The environment is warm, confidential and intentionally held to keep space safe when strong emotions arise. Low-cost refreshments will be available for purchase, cash only.
When: Monthly on the second Saturday, 10:00am to midday. Where: The Net Community Hub, 70 Silverweed Road, Chatham ME5 0QX. Cost: Free, donations welcome. Spaces are limited to keep the circle safe and supportive, so early booking or arriving in good time is advised. If you are carrying grief and longing for a kinder place to be with it, you are warmly invited to join this compassionate community.
