About this event

Join a friendly and structured boxing class for children aged 8 to 12 years at Gym 1, The Howard School, Derwent Way, Rainham, ME8 0BX. This session is suitable for all levels, whether your child is new to boxing or has some prior experience. Coaches focus on safe technique and building confidence in a supportive environment.

The class takes place in a dedicated school gym and offers a chance to learn basic boxing skills, improve fitness and enjoy supervised activity with peers. Parents and carers should note the age range and make sure participants arrive prepared to take part fully.

On arrival please check in with the coach. Participants should bring a drink and wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise. The session is run with attention to safety and progression so newcomers and returning youngsters can both benefit from the coaching provided.
