Practical details make nights out easier: Rochester railway station is a 30 second walk from the venue and there is a large car park directly opposite, with plenty of nearby parking. The venue is strictly over 18s only and operates a smart casual dress code; smart trainers are acceptable but vests, caps and hoods up are not permitted. If asked for ID, have an in-date passport, driving licence or PASS card ready, as ticket entry verification may be required.

VIP tables are available from opening and include bottle packages with a dedicated server. Please note tickets are non-refundable and not transferable. A portable access ramp provides ground-floor entry for wheelchair users; the upstairs main room is reached by two flights of stairs (17 steps) and has flat flooring and disabled toilets once upstairs. Cloakroom facilities are available for non-permitted items and customers are asked to respect neighbours and leave quietly at the end of the night.
