Following the success of his 2023/24 tour, Neil Brand invited audiences to celebrate the centenary of Laurel & Hardy with a brand new show. In 1926 Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy appeared together for the first time and the following year became an official comedy partnership that went on to become global icons. Neil Brand, widely recognised as an expert in silent film and improvised piano accompaniment, planned an Evening with Laurel & Hardy 2026 Centenary Tour featuring restorations and rediscovered gems.

The production was to showcase extended scenes from some of the duos finest silent comedies, including Youre Darn Tootin, The Finishing Touch and The Second Hundred Years, brought to life by Brands demanding live piano improvisations. His concerts are known for their engaging style, a post-show Q&A and an after-show meet and greet, offering unique insight into the life and times of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy and the birth of cinema.
