Chair yoga

Chair Yoga classes are held at Lakehouse Kent Wellbeing CIC in Ashford every Thursday from 11.30am to 12.15pm. These weekly sessions are designed to support mobility and to help build a friendly local community. The classes take place in a relaxed, welcoming space at the Lakehouse Kent venue on Maidstone Road.
