Counting Sheeps

Fri, 13 Mar 2026 10:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Alexander Centre, The, 15-17 Preston St, Faversham, ME13 8NZ

Overview

Counting Sheeps is a gentle, musical adventure for 0-3 year olds and their very tired grown ups. Two sheep, certain they know everything about sleep, find themselves wide awake and invite little ones to snuggle up for a tactile bedtime journey. The performance blends simple songs, sensory play and playful storytelling so babies and toddlers can explore sound, rhythm and texture in a calm, reassuring setting.

Please note this performance was originally due to take place at the Alexander Centre but has been relocated to The Faversham Assembly Rooms, Preston Street, Faversham, Kent, ME13 8PG following a fire at the original venue. For venue-related enquiries including access, accessibility and parking, contact The Faversham Assembly Rooms on 01795 503286. There are three sessions each day at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2.30pm. The show runs for 30 minutes followed by stay and play and there is no interval.

Families can book Counting Sheeps as part of the Family Theatre Passport offer. After your first booking you will receive 15% off tickets for other shows in the series; your discount code appears after checkout and the box office can help if you have any issues. With feedback such as My baby was mesmerised, this tender, sensory show is designed to encourage connection, curiosity and a peaceful bedtime vibe for the very youngest audience members.
