Join the Dance & Wellness Collective for a nourishing afternoon of movement, self-care and connection at St Marys Island Community Centre. This five-hour wellness workshop brings together dance, gentle yoga, nutrition advice, creativity and confidence-boosting skincare in one uplifting programme, with all proceeds supporting Bowel Cancer UK and Look Good Feel Better. The event is open to everyone, and no prior experience is required, simply arrive ready to move and take time for your wellbeing.
Expect a varied line-up including sessions from Carla Mitchell, Ebb & Flow Wellbeing, Momentum Dance, Belles & Indie and Elisha McVeigh, offering gentle yoga for gut health and relaxation, a practical nutrition talk focused on everyday gut health, movement and dance sessions to reconnect with your body, plus a mini skincare and confidence-focused makeup tutorial. The Collective aims to support physical health while also creating space to reflect and build emotional resilience.
There will be opportunities to chat with practitioners, meet fellow attendees and purchase additional items from volunteers on the day. Whether you come for the movement, the nutrition advice or the creative sessions, you will leave with practical tools to support your everyday wellbeing and the satisfaction of helping two important cancer-related charities.
