This gentle, immersive journey uses crystal bowls, tongue drums, tubular bells and chimes to create soothing tones that wash through the space, supporting deep relaxation, restoring balance and helping your nervous system unwind. Nestle into soft, beautiful furs and allow the sound and the surrounding space to hold you as the earth awakens around us.

Spaces are strictly limited to just five people, so this is a personal and held experience with time to reflect and gently share afterwards if you wish. Booking in advance is essential to secure your place. Please note these sound journeys are not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or has a pacemaker.
