Exchange of Learning Day

Join fellow Iyengar yoga enthusiasts at the Exchange of Learning Day in Kent, led by Lin Craddock. This is the second Exchange of Learning day for Kent and offers a focused, friendly environment at the Maidstone Iyengar Yoga Centre to explore practice, share insights and deepen understanding of Iyengar approaches. The day is organised to encourage exchange between participants, build local connections and support ongoing learning within the regional yoga community.

Whether you are a regular student, an experienced practitioner or involved in teaching, this event provides a chance to work closely with Lin Craddock and other local yogis to refine alignment, sequencing and the principles that underpin Iyengar practice. Expect a day centred on practical sessions, guided exploration and opportunities to discuss technique and teaching methods with peers. The Maidstone Iyengar Yoga Centre provides a welcoming space in Kent for concentrated practice and shared learning.
