Family Event: Halloween Craft & Campfire at Tyland Barn

Join us at Tyland Barn for a family-friendly Halloween Craft & Campfire, a gentle outdoor celebration of autumn and seasonal wildlife. This relaxed morning combines a nature-inspired craft session with time to explore the grounds before settling around a campfire for a warming drink. It is perfect for families looking for a simple, creative way to mark the season.

During the craft activity children will make their own seasonal sun catcher, collecting fallen leaves in a variety of colours to create a unique display. The session encourages curiosity and creativity as little ones learn about autumn colours and textures while making something to take home and enjoy on cosy days ahead.

After crafting there will be time to enjoy the autumn scenery at Tyland Barn before gathering at the campfire for hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows. The campfire is a sociable chance for families to relax together outdoors and enjoy classic autumn flavours in a safe, supervised setting.

Please note the event takes place mostly outdoors so ensure everyone wears practical, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. We go ahead in most weather conditions but extreme wind or rain may require changes or postponement, in which case we will contact attendees. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times, and a small additional charge applies for adults attending above one per child to help manage capacity.
