Join the community First Aid Club launching Tuesday 24th March at The Oast, Rainham. Run by DoctorABC, this weekly, practical club is designed to help adults and children build confidence in real-life first aid situations. Sessions are hands-on, supportive and focus on the skills people are most likely to need in everyday emergencies.
Each session is led by a qualified first aid instructor and first responder with an Enhanced DBS. Activities are age-appropriate and safe, with children grouped by age to ensure sessions are engaging and relevant. The club is ideal for those with no prior experience who want to learn how to respond calmly and effectively when incidents occur.
These meetings are a club rather than a formal qualification course, so there is time for explanation, discussion and repeated practice to build confidence. Comfortable clothing is recommended for practical activities and places may be limited to keep sessions safe and hands-on, so early booking is advised.
Cost: Adult £10 per session; 11+ £8; ages 4 to 10 £6. For more information or to reserve a place contact Jackie on 07904588463. Whether you want to refresh your skills or learn new practical techniques, this community-focused club offers friendly, accessible first aid training for all ages.
