Experience a Floating Sound Bath in Chatham at Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa, where the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls meet the gentle sway of water. Floating beds are provided and attendants will help you on and off the water. If you prefer to stay dry, six comfortable loungers sit around the pool, and two heated tiled beds on an upper level offer a warmer, more private option. Please bring a blanket, water and an eye mask if you like.
Tickets are available for different experiences, from the dry lounger to the full floatation session. There is a maximum weight limit of 95kg for floatation devices. Sounds are produced using crystal singing bowls to create deep, resonant vibrations intended to support relaxation and wellbeing.
