About this event

Join a cosy Full Moon Sound Bath at St Matthew's Community Centre in Rainham to celebrate the Hunter's Full Moon. This gentle, restorative session is designed to help you rest, reflect, release and recharge as autumn evenings draw in. You will be guided into deep relaxation and immersed in the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, a Tibetan singing bowl, a gong and other therapeutic instruments. There is nothing to do but get comfortable, close your eyes and allow the vibrations and soundscapes to wash over you, encouraging calm, breath awareness and mental clarity.

Please arrive from 7:20pm ready for a 7:30pm start, as entry is not possible after the session begins to avoid disturbing others. Spaces are limited to keep the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. Bring a yoga or exercise mat, a blanket, a pillow and a bottle of water, and dress in cosy layers to stay warm. If you are attending the New Moon Sound Bath beforehand you can access a £5 discount for this event, meaning you can enjoy both October sessions together at a reduced combined price. Whether you are new to sound baths or a regular, this evening offers a peaceful chance to pause, breathe and reset as the season changes.
