Full Moon Sound Bath

Celebrate the Hunter's Full Moon with a deeply relaxing Full Moon Sound Bath at St Matthew's Community Centre, Rainham. This cosy autumn evening is designed to help you rest, reflect, release and recharge as you are guided into a gentle state of relaxation and immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a Tibetan singing bowl, gong and other therapeutic instruments.

There is nothing you need to do except get comfortable, close your eyes and let the sounds wash over you. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat, a blanket, a pillow and water, and wear warm, comfortable clothing. Arrive from 7:20pm ready for a 7:30pm start. To avoid disturbing others, there can be no entry after 7:30pm and spaces are limited to keep the session relaxed and comfortable.

If you book the New Moon Sound Bath first you will receive a £5 discount code to use for this event, reducing the ticket to £10. When booked together the New Moon and Hunter's Full Moon sound baths are available for £25 instead of £30. Whether you are new to sound baths or you attend regularly, this event offers a peaceful evening to pause, breathe and reset under the full moon.
