Full Moon Sound Bath

Celebrate the Hunter's Full Moon with a cosy, restorative sound bath at St Matthew's Community Centre in Rainham. This hour-long evening is designed to help you slow down, reflect and release as autumn settles in. You will be guided into deep relaxation before being immersed in the resonant tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a Tibetan singing bowl, gong and other therapeutic instruments.

There is nothing you need to do except get comfortable, close your eyes and let the sounds wash over you. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat, a blanket, a pillow and a bottle of water, and wear warm, comfortable clothing. Arrive from 7:20pm ready for a 7:30pm start; to avoid disturbing participants there can be no entry after 7:30pm. Spaces are limited to keep the session relaxed and comfortable.
