Harmonix - 6 week course

Harmonix Saturday Sessions is a six week music production course for young people aged 13 to 25, led by industry professionals and run by Harmony Maidstone. Held at The Mall Maidstone, this project offers weekly sessions that combine practical studio time with guided tuition in songwriting, production, mixing and mastering. Whether you are just starting out or ready to develop your sound, the course gives hands on experience in a supportive, creative environment.

Participants will write and record original songs with the support of an assigned music mentor, learn how to produce tracks to a professional standard, and explore performance skills through ensemble work and live coaching. The programme also focuses on artist development, helping emerging musicians understand the production process and prepare material for commercial release with professional mixing and mastering.

Beyond technical skills, Harmonix creates opportunities to make connections within the local music scene and build confidence on stage, with chances to perform at Youth Jam and Youth Roots in front of a live audience.
