Harmonix Saturday Sessions is a six week music production course for young people aged 13 to 25, run by Harmony Maidstone at The Mall Maidstone. Led by industry professionals, this practical programme gives aspiring artists the chance to develop songwriting, production and performance skills in a supportive, creative environment.
Across weekly sessions participants will learn songwriting techniques, music production workflows, mixing and mastering fundamentals, and how to take a track from idea to finished product. Each student receives guidance from an experienced music mentor, with hands-on studio time to write and record original material.
Beyond studio work, Harmonix supports artist development and local performance opportunities. Participants can make new connections with other young musicians and build confidence through live showcases such as Youth Jam and Youth Roots. The programme also covers preparing tracks for release, including professional mixing and mastering so artists leave with music ready for distribution.
