Hartbeeps - Baby Bells

Hartbeeps Baby Bells is a gentle, sensory class for newborns and young babies up to the point they can sit unaided. Held at Hoo Masonic Hall in Rochester, each 45-minute session runs from 13:00 to 13:45 and focuses on bonding, confidence and calm. The class blends elements of baby yoga and baby massage with soothing techniques to help little ones explore a magical Baby Land set to a soundtrack of remixed nursery rhymes and lullabies.

Sessions introduce friendly puppet characters, age-appropriate props and sparkly parachutes to engage babies through touch, movement and sound. Activities are designed to support early development while encouraging close caregiver interaction, helping babies relax and connect in a structured but playful setting.

Places must be booked in advance as no drop-ins are permitted. The class is best suited to very young infants through to babies who are not yet sitting unaided.
