Join us on Saturday 4th April at Halling Community Centre for a nourishing day of self-care, discovery and meaningful connection. The Healing, Connection & Learning Day offers a calm, supportive space to explore gentle therapies, practical workshops and restorative sound.
The programme includes a short introduction to Reiki and the chakras from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by a session on Confidence and Self-Talk from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM that helps you recognise and release negative inner dialogue. From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM there is a Spring Clean Your Mind workshop led by Hypnotherapy Foundation, offering guided visualisation, journaling and intuitive prompts to help release old stories. The day closes with Sound Healing with Kay from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM, a deeply relaxing session using healing vibrations to calm anxiety and rebalance body and mind.
A café area will serve hot and cold drinks and savoury treats, and a free library will be available to browse, borrow or buy. You can also explore a variety of stalls offering wellbeing products and resources. Visitors often say they feel safe and supported at these events, whether attending alone or with friends, and you are welcome to unwind at your own pace.
