Jo Jingles presents Jo Jinglers, a lively weekly music and movement class for children aged 2 years and over, running on Tuesdays 09:30 to 10:15 at The Oast Rainham, Granary Close, Gillingham, ME8 7SG. Each session is carefully planned to combine fun with early learning, helping little ones build language, numeracy and communication skills while they explore the world around them.
Sessions use themed activities such as transport, colours and numbers alongside beloved action songs like Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes and Dingle Dangle Scarecrow to develop coordination, imagination and confidence. Children are encouraged to play simple instruments including claves and drums and to learn musical concepts such as rhythm, pace and dynamics. The friendly, supportive atmosphere helps young children practise social skills and take part in group activities at their own pace.
Classes are booked in advance and cost £8.00 per session, payable in half-term or full-term blocks. Siblings under 12 months attend free and siblings aged 12 months and over are charged £5.00 per class. You are welcome to join at any time during the term subject to availability. Trial sessions are not offered, as it can take around three weeks for a child to settle; if after three sessions you feel the class is not right, remaining unused sessions will be refunded.
