Join a welcoming Kent and Medway community support session for people experiencing menopause after cancer. Session one, Menopause After Cancer: Introduction to Your Toolkit, launches a series of four monthly meetings designed to help you understand treatment-related menopausal changes, manage symptoms and find reliable sources of support. Each session pairs clear, evidence-informed information from experts with practical tips and plenty of time for open discussion, so you can explore what works for you and hear from others on a similar journey.
The group meets in the Charter Rooms at the Alexander Centre and provides a safe, confidential space to ask questions, share concerns and gather useful resources you can use at home. Whether you are newly post-treatment or further along in your menopause journey, these sessions aim to leave you feeling informed, reassured and less alone. All sessions are free and open to anyone affected by menopause after cancer. With the support of NHS Kent and Medway, the programme focuses on empowerment, connection and practical strategies to support day-to-day life. Come along to learn, meet others and build your own toolkit for managing menopause after cancer.
