Kids MMA

Join us at Granite Gym on Jun 5, 2026 at 5:00 pm for a Kids MMA class run by our very own David Muscat. This session is designed to introduce young participants to the fundamentals of mixed martial arts in a friendly, supportive setting. The class focuses on basic technique, movement and co-ordination while promoting respect and positive attitude among peers.

Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, children will work on balance, agility and fitness through age-appropriate drills and exercises. Emphasis is placed on safe training practices and clear instruction so that every child can develop confidence and have fun while learning new skills.

Granite Gym provides a supervised environment where parents can feel assured their child is participating in a structured session led by David Muscat.
