About this event
This is a special Halloween night hike through the ancient woodland of Kings Wood, Challock. The organisers are Boots On Adventures and the walk is part of a long-running series of night hikes in Kings Wood, led for over five years. 🌳
Setting off from the car park, participants will be welcomed with a hot drink before the walk heads out along woodland tracks and quiet forest paths. There’s a chance participants may encounter the resident herds of fallow deer, often seen moving silently between the trees at dusk. The route covers approximately six miles at a steady, sociable pace, looping through the heart of the woodland before returning to the starting point.
