This hands-on, in-person two-part workshop shows you what actually works on LinkedIn, why some profiles gain traction and others do not, and how to turn connections into enquiries without sounding salesy. It is ideal for founders and small business owners who use LinkedIn but are not seeing real business opportunities.

The series is delivered across two 60 minute sessions with time for Q&A and informal networking. Part 1 on 5th May explores visibility and positioning, explaining what busy founders should realistically focus on and why some profiles attract opportunities. Part 2 on 19th May focuses on turning LinkedIn activity into leads, covering trust-building, conversation techniques and sustainable approaches that generate referrals and enquiries.

Sessions are designed for the same group to attend both dates so learning can build progressively and no essential context is missed. By the end of the workshop you will have a clearer understanding of how LinkedIn works for B2B, insight into what may be holding your profile back and practical ideas you can implement immediately.

The workshop is led by Jen Taylor, founder of Business Tree Consultancy and an award winning LinkedIn consultant with over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and LinkedIn strategy.
