Join Cleopatra’s Legacy on 26 February at 6pm for a free breast health awareness evening at our new hub on 25 Military Road, Medway. This 90-minute session offers a warm, non-clinical space to learn practical breast awareness, recognise non-typical symptoms and gain confidence to advocate for your health. Start the evening with a warm drink and the chance to meet like-minded women in a relaxed, supportive environment.
This is not a clinical lecture. Expect a gentle, guided session that focuses on the everyday signs our bodies use to communicate and a conversation on Self-Love versus Self-Care, exploring why checking your body can be the ultimate act of self-respect. The event is designed to empower you with knowledge, build community support and help you feel more confident about proactive healthcare choices.
Our doors are open to everyone, and we are especially keen to hear from women within the Global Majority community and those aged 40 and above to help challenge health inequalities in Medway. Whether you are navigating a health journey, supporting a loved one or simply want to be more informed, this free talk provides practical insight and compassionate support.
This vital community awareness work is commissioned by and supported by Medway Voluntary Action in partnership with Cleopatra’s Legacy C.I.C. Reserve your place to give yourself 90 minutes of focused care and leave feeling informed, supported and empowered.
