Maidstone Sound Bath

Experience deep relaxation at the Maidstone Sound Bath, an evening of healing sound held at the Park View Suite, Mecure Great Danes in Hollingbourne. On 29 April 2026 the session runs from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, with guests asked to arrive around 10 minutes early to get settled. The event uses crystal singing bowls and a gong to create soothing frequencies designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance to mind, body and spirit.

Suitable for beginners and regular attendees alike, this one-hour sound bath offers a gentle, meditative experience ideal as a midweek reset. You will lie down and listen as the practitioner guides you through the session, allowing tensions to dissolve and promoting a deep sense of wellbeing. To ensure comfort, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and a bottle of water. A deluxe ticket option includes a thicker mat and cosy blanket if you prefer not to bring your own.

Tickets are available from £22.00 and spaces are limited, so booking in advance is recommended. Please note that no cancellations or amendments can be made within two weeks of the event.
