The experience takes place at the Park View Suite, Mercure Great Danes, Hollingbourne, Maidstone ME17 1RE. The session runs from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, so please arrive around 10 minutes early to settle in. Expect a peaceful, supportive atmosphere and a chance to step away from the busy week for a true midweek reset.
To be comfortable throughout the hour, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and a bottle of water. There are standard and deluxe ticket options available, with deluxe tickets including an extra thick mat and a cosy blanket. Tickets start from £22.00 and ticket service fees may apply.
