Maidstone Sound Bath

Maidstone Sound Bath invites you to bathe in relaxing sounds and gentle frequencies designed to restore balance to your mind, body and soul. This immersive hour of healing sound is held in the Park View Suite at Mercure Great Danes, Hollingbourne, Maidstone ME17 1RE and offers a calm midweek reset for relaxation and inner peace. The session uses layered tones and soothing vibrations to encourage deep relaxation and reduce stress.

The event runs from 7.30pm to 8.30pm; please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Participants should bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and a bottle of water to ensure comfort throughout the experience. No prior experience is required, making this hour suitable for anyone seeking restorative practice, mindful rest or gentle recovery from a busy week.

Tickets start from £20 per person, with standard and deluxe options available. The standard ticket asks you to bring your own mat and blanket while the deluxe option includes a 5cm extra thick mat and a cosy blanket; small ticket service fees may apply.
