Medway Lonely Laptop Club

Medway Lonely Laptop Club brings together remote workers across Medway for friendly, informal coworking and conversation. If you work from a home office, a coffee shop, a relative's house or anywhere else, this monthly meet-up offers a chance to beat the isolation of remote working, make new connections and enjoy a change of scene. The group meets every last Friday of the month at Dragon Coworking, with unlimited tea, coffee and bakery-fresh treats provided.

Attendees can make use of Dragon Coworking's hotdesking facilities between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, so you can get a productive day of work done while chatting with like-minded people. The event is free and welcoming to everyone who experiences loneliness in their working life and wants a supportive space to meet others who understand the rhythms of remote work.

PARKING IS LIMITED, PLEASE PARK & STRIDE IF POSSIBLE. There is free parking available on-site at Dragon Coworking, but please do not use the hotel main car park. The rear car park is on Gundulph Road, Rochester, ME4 4ED; use the steps between buildings to access the entrance. If you choose to park at the hotel, remember to register your car at reception. The venue is a short walk from Chatham station and about a 20-minute walk from Rochester station.
