Medway Lonely Laptop Club

Medway Lonely Laptop Club is a welcoming community for remote workers who want to escape the isolation of working alone. Meet like-minded people every last Friday of the month at Dragon Coworking in Rochester for a friendly, low-pressure day of hotdesking, conversation and connection. Whether you usually work from a home office, a café or a relative's house, this meet-up offers a supportive space to share the ups and downs of remote working and build new friendships in Medway.

Sessions run between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm and include unlimited tea, coffee and bakery-fresh treats, making it easy to focus on tasks while enjoying company. Dragon Coworking provides hotdesking facilities so you can plug in and be productive, or simply sit and chat with other attendees. The group is specifically designed to combat loneliness and create a sense of camaraderie among local remote workers.

Pleased note that parking is limited, so organisers encourage park and stride where possible. There is free parking available on-site at Dragon Coworking but please do not use the hotel main car park. The venue is a short walk from Chatham station and about a 20-minute walk from Rochester station, with several nearby public car parks and streets for alternatives.
