About this event

Join the Medway Primary School Girls Only Football Festival, a friendly competition for pupils in Years 5 and 6 at the PSA Performance Centre. The festival will take place on Thursday 27 March 2025 on the facility's 3G astro turf pitches, with play scheduled from 9.30am until approximately 3pm to 4pm depending on the number of teams entered.

This event is aimed specifically at girl pupils in Years 5 and 6. Schools are invited to enter squads of 10 players for football. Student sport leaders and experienced adult sports coaches and organisers will be on hand to support match refereeing and help the day run smoothly, creating a safe and encouraging environment for all participants.

As part of the Primary School Games programme, the Medway girls only festival offers an opportunity for pupils to gain match experience, develop teamwork and enjoy competitive football in a girls-only setting. Times may vary according to entries, so schools should confirm availability and team details in advance. This is an ideal event for primary schools looking to give Year 5 and Year 6 girls a positive, well-supported sporting experience in Medway.
