Menopause Cafe Medway Towns offers an informal, welcoming space to talk about all things menopause. Whether you are experiencing symptoms yourself or supporting a friend or family member, these meet-ups are a chance to share experiences, ask questions and connect with others going through similar journeys. Come along, sip a tea or coffee and join the conversation in a relaxed setting.

Events are held bi-monthly across a range of cafes and venues in the Medway towns to make attendance as accessible as possible. Sessions are free and in person, open to anyone living in Medway and the surrounding areas. A Menopause Cafe is a discussion group rather than a formal talk, so there are no expert presentations and topics are chosen by participants. You are welcome to come simply to listen if you prefer.

The Medway towns cafes are organised by Nicola Kidney, Jeanette Forder and Lisa Watson and form part of the national Menopause Cafe network that aims to normalise conversations about this life stage and reduce stigma.
