Mickey's Training Sunday is a friendly, instructor-led cycling training session for riders of all abilities. Run as part of the club's Ride School, the session focuses on practical skills, on-road confidence and preparation for the RoSPA and RoADAR tests. Arrive early for coffee and chat from 8:45am, with instructor allocation and initial assessments starting at 9:30am.
There is no need to book or register, simply turn up and take part. The organisers ask that all members carry their membership card on club activities. Sessions will be cancelled automatically if the overnight temperature is 3C or below, with BBC Weather used as the official source for cancellations.
