NCT Medway Walk & Talk

Join NCT Medway Walk & Talk, a free, volunteer-led group for new and expectant parents at Riverside Country Park. These relaxed walks are a friendly way to meet other parents, share experiences and enjoy time outdoors on a safe and accessible route. The group aims to support early parenthood by helping attendees improve their mental health and wellbeing, make new friends and feel part of a local community.

Led by NCT volunteers, the session begins in the car park by the Visitor Centre at 11am. The walk lasts for up to an hour before the group settles in the Education Room at the Visitor Centre for refreshments and a chance for babies and toddlers to play. Whether you are expecting your first child or caring for a young baby, the Walk and Talk offers a welcoming environment to chat, learn from others and build supportive connections in Medway.
