NCT Medway Walk & Talk

NCT Medway Walk & Talk offers free, volunteer-led walks for new and expectant parents who want to get outdoors, meet others and share experiences in a friendly, supportive setting. These gentle walks follow a safe and accessible route through Riverside Country Park, giving parents a chance to enjoy fresh air, conversation and companionship while babies and toddlers explore nearby play areas. The group focuses on improving mental health and wellbeing, creating connections and building a local support network during early parenthood.

Meet the group in the car park by the Visitor Centre at 11am. Walks last for up to an hour and are followed by refreshments and a relaxed catch-up in the Education Room at the Visitor Centre, where little ones can play while parents chat. Led by NCT volunteers, the sessions are informal and open to new and expectant parents looking for companionship, practical tips and a sense of community. The event is free to attend and suitable for parents with babies and toddlers who would like to join a welcoming local group.
