NCT Walk & Talk

NCT Medway Walk & Talk offers free, volunteer-led walks for new and expectant parents at Riverside Country Park in Medway. Meet other local families in the car park by the Visitor Centre at 11am for a gentle, pram-friendly route of up to an hour, led by trained NCT volunteers. After the walk the group settles in the Education Room at the Visitor Centre for refreshments and a relaxed chance for babies and toddlers to play while parents chat and share experiences.

This friendly meet up is designed to help improve mental health and wellbeing by getting outdoors, building connections and finding peer support during early parenthood. The route is safe and accessible, suitable for pushchairs and carrier seats, and the group is welcoming to expectant parents as well as those with newborns and toddlers. Whether you are looking to make new friends, talk through the highs and lows of early parenting, or simply enjoy some fresh air, these walks provide a supportive community setting without any cost.

All sessions are run by volunteers from the National Childbirth Trust, and new attendees are welcome to join and find out more at the Visitor Centre from 11am. No booking information is required on this listing, just turn up ready to walk and connect with other parents in Medway.
