Network. Reflect. Grow. – Professional Networking & Feedback Workshop

Network. Reflect. Grow. is an interactive professional networking and feedback workshop taking place on 18 March 2026 at UYG Empowering Women Hub, Unleash Yourself with Gladness CIC, The Mall, Maidstone, ME15 6AT. Running every third Wednesday thereafter, this session is designed for leaders, managers, teachers and collaborators who want practical tools to improve how they give and receive feedback in the workplace.

Feedback can trigger defensiveness, power dynamics often go unexamined, and creativity can quickly stall, slowing growth and wasting energy. This participatory session introduces the 3D Feedback Model and focuses on creating conditions for reflective dialogue. You will explore how safety regulates creativity, practise conversations that shift from reaction to reflection and learn how to balance power without losing direction. The format emphasises applied discussion rather than lecture, so you leave with clearer understanding of defensive dynamics and confidence in leading growth focused dialogue.

Expect to connect with like minded professionals, try out techniques in small group exercises and take away practical tools you can use at work. Entry is complimentary and any donations are welcome.
