Network. Reflect. Grow. – Professional Networking & Feedback Workshop

Network. Reflect. Grow. is a participatory professional networking and feedback workshop for leaders, managers, teachers and collaborators who want to improve how they give and receive feedback and build stronger, creative teams. Through guided discussion and practical exercises you will learn how safety and power shape dialogue and how to move conversations from reaction to reflection.

This interactive session introduces the 3D Feedback Model and gives time to practise real conversations in a supportive group. You will explore how to balance power without losing direction, create the conditions for reflective dialogue and apply practical tools to guide growth focused conversations. The format encourages meaningful connections with like-minded professionals, constructive peer feedback and direct application of techniques so you leave with greater confidence and clear next steps.

The event runs on 18 March 2026 and then every third Wednesday thereafter. It takes place at UYG Empowering Women Hub, Unleash Yourself with Gladness CIC, The Mall, Maidstone, ME15 6AT. Entry is complimentary and donations are welcome. Parking is available at The Mall Car Park. This hands-on workshop is ideal for anyone responsible for leading teams or working collaboratively who wants to foster creativity and honest, growth focused conversations.
