Pet Pals - Easter

Join us at Pets at Home Gillingham on Saturday 4 April 2026 at 2:00 pm for a free Pet Pals Easter holiday workshop designed for pet lovers aged 4 to 10 years. These fun, hands-on sessions help children discover how every animal is different and how to spot when a pet is happy, comfortable or a little stressed. Our trusted Pet Care Advisors lead supervised activities that teach the basics of pet behaviour and wellbeing.

Children will get to handle small animals with care, take a light-hearted quiz to test their pet knowledge, and get creative with colouring and activity sheets to take home. At the end of the session each participant will receive an official Pet Pals certificate, a sticker and a character headband to celebrate their learning and encourage responsible pet ownership.

Sessions are specifically geared towards younger children, with safety and supervision at the heart of every workshop. Places are limited to help keep the animals calm, and we ask that no more than one adult accompanies each child. Registration must be completed by an adult over the age of 18. Parents and guardians should check for any allergies or sensitivities, including nut and animal allergies, and inform the store team before attending.
