Pet Pals - Easter

Join the Pet Pals this Easter at Pets at Home Chatham for a free, family-friendly workshop on Tuesday 7 April 2026 at 2:00pm. Designed for children aged 4 to 10 years, Pet Pals - Easter mixes hands-on animal time with fun activities to help young pet lovers learn about different pet personalities and how to spot when an animal is happy, comfortable or a little stressed.

Sessions are led by trained Pet Care Advisors and include supervised handling of store animals, a playful quiz to test pet knowledge and creative colouring to take home. To keep animals calm and ensure a safe environment for everyone, places are limited and we ask that each child is accompanied by one adult.

By the end of the workshop children will understand how the right environment supports an animal's wellbeing and boost their confidence in caring for pets responsibly. Every participant receives an official Pet Pals certificate, a sticker and a character headband, plus activity sheets to continue the learning at home.

Spaces fill up quickly so book your slot to secure your place. Please remember an adult must register on behalf of attendees, and parents or guardians should inform staff of any allergies or special needs before the session.
