Pet Pals - Easter

Join Pet Pals - Easter at Pets at Home Gillingham on Wednesday 8 April 2026 at 2:00 pm for a free, fun-filled workshop designed for young pet lovers. These Easter holiday sessions introduce children to pet personalities and behaviour, helping them learn how to spot when a pet is happy, comfortable or feeling a little stressed. The event is hosted in-store by trained Pet Care Advisors and is perfect for curious kids eager to meet animals in a safe, supervised setting.

During the workshop children will get hands-on time with animals, take a light-hearted quiz to test their pet knowledge and enjoy colouring activities. By the end of the session each participant will receive an official Pet Pals certificate, a sticker and a character headband, plus activity sheets to continue the learning at home. The experience aims to build confidence and encourage responsible pet ownership by showing how the right environment supports an animal's wellbeing.

Sessions are aimed at children aged 4 to 10 years and are safe and supervised with limited places, so booking is recommended. To keep animals calm we ask that only one adult accompanies each child.
