Pet Pals - Easter

Join us at Pets at Home Chatham for Pet Pals - Easter, a free, hands-on workshop for children on Tuesday 14 April 2026 at 2:00 PM. Designed for pet lovers aged 4 to 10 years, this Easter holiday session explores pet personalities and behaviour so children can learn how to spot when an animal is happy, comfortable or a little stressed. With guidance from experienced Pet Care Advisors, youngsters will meet small animals, take part in a fun quiz to test their pet knowledge and get creative with colouring and activity sheets to take home.

By the end of the workshop each child will receive an official Pet Pals certificate, a sticker and a character headband to celebrate their new skills. Sessions are safe, supervised and built to encourage responsible pet ownership and confidence around animals. Places are limited to avoid spooking the animals and to allow one adult per child for supervision. Registration must be completed by an adult over 18 and parents should advise the store of any allergies or sensitivities before attending.
