Pet Pals - Easter

Join Pet Pals at Pets at Home Chatham this Easter for a free, family-friendly workshop on Friday 17 April 2026 at 2:00pm. Perfect for children who love animals, this in-store session explores pet personalities and behaviour so youngsters can learn how to spot when a pet is happy, comfy or feeling a little stressed. It is a relaxed, hands-on introduction to responsible pet care delivered by experienced Pet Care Advisors.

Designed for children aged 4 to 10, the Pet Pals workshop includes safe animal handling, a fun pet quiz to test knowledge, colouring activities and plenty of interaction with the animals. Each participant will receive an official Pet Pals certificate, a sticker, a character headband and activity sheets to take the learning home. Places are limited to ensure the welfare of the animals and to give each child space to take part.

Sessions are free but must be booked in advance by an adult over 18 on behalf of attendees. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, there is a one adult per child policy and parents or guardians must supervise children throughout.
